Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Nirvana Botanics purchase, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, sealed and unused, with attached tags, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is returned damaged, opened, or used.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
Upon approval of your return, we will furnish you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

ORDER ISSUES
If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery and we will do everything in our power to make things right!
LOST ORDERS
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can also reach out to us via hello@nirvanabotanics.com

Please note that we do not offer any refund or exchange on sale items.
